ATA Carnet
Application Procedure
  • All application forms regardless of whether they are accepted for issue of carnets or rejected will be charged a mandatory non-refundable application processing fee of Rs.500/- (Pak Rupees: Five Hundred Only) non-refundable.

  • Prerequisites for the carnet application (to be provided by the applicant):
  • Name of individual carnet holder and organization that the individual represents.
  • Copy of the NTN Certificate of both the individual and the organization.
  • Copies of first 6 pages of an electronically readable passport of the individual carnet holder along with
    a copy of CNIC (in the case of Pakistani citizen).
  • Description of item(s), their value and photographs duly certified by the organization/ carnet holder with
    signed company invoice stating value of the item(s).
  • Application must be signed by the individual carnet holder as representative of his/her organization and duly
    verified by the bank.
  • A Bank Confidential Report along with name and account details must be submitted along with the application.
  • Letter of recommendation from the carnet holder’s representative association or chamber of commerce.
  • Names of countries for which carnet is required.
