ICC Pakistan Arbitration & ADR Commission

 

The ICC Pakistan Arbitration & ADR Commission consists of all corporate, law firms, legal experts and organizational members of ICC Pakistan who are interested in learning about and becoming more involved in ICC’s Dispute Resolution Services. The purpose of ICC Pakistan Arbitration & ADR Commission is to promote the use of ICC’s Dispute Resolution Services in Pakistan. Commission members are engaged with developments in ICC’s international arbitration and also in national laws and practices on arbitration.

 

Working with ICC HQ, the ICC Pakistan Arbitration & ADR Commission leaders help organize conferences, seminars and corporate roundtables to educate the public about ICC’s different dispute resolution services and mechanisms. The Commission is chaired by Mr. Badaruddin F. Vellani (Vellani & Vellani) and co-chaired by Mr. Sajid Zahid (Orr, Dignam & Co.). Pakistan’s Member to the ICC International Court of Arbitration is Mr. Ahmer Bilal Soofi (ABS & Co.).

 

ICC Pakistan may be requested by the ICC International Court of Arbitration® (“ICC Court”) or the ICC International Centre for ADR (ICC Centre) to propose Pakistani nationals with the required qualifications to serve in each case.

 

How To Join
